Dallas’ Spire Agency has been Texas’ most-awarded B2B branding agency since 2016. But in 2022, the agency took things to a whole new level. With a record 44 creative awards, Spire became AAF District 10’s most-awarded B2B agency and one of the country’s most-recognized B2B shops.

Our 2022 creative awards eclipsed the previous 2021 record year where the agency received 30 awards. This year’s accolades spanned nine different competitions and eight different clients that resulted in one Best of Show, two Best of Category, 13 Platinum, 10 Gold, 11 Silver, three Bronze, five Honorable Mention awards, and one Extreme Makeover winner.

The successful year kicked off in February as Spire received seven Platinum awards from the AVA Digital Awards. In the first year Spire competed in the international competition, the awards were in the categories of Corporate Overview Video, Corporate Image Video, Special Effects/Animation, and Copywriting—all for TrinityRail.

Later that month, the agency was Dallas’ fourth most-awarded agency of the night at the 60th Annual AAF Dallas ADDYs. The agency won for TrinityRail, The Solar Company, Kr8om, Tyler Technologies, and Spire with two Gold, four Silver, two Bronze, and the special Extreme Makeover award.

In April, Spire received three awards at the AAF District 10 ADDYs competition—the most in the agency’s history. With two Gold and one Silver at the regional competition that encompasses local ADDY winners from Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas, Spire advanced the most pieces to the national American Advertising Awards of any agency in North Texas.



May was highlighted by the 16th Annual Hermes Creative Awards, with the agency taking home an impressive 13 awards. Seven Platinum, three Gold, and three Honorable Mentions came from a variety of categories, including logo design, annual reports, overall publication, direct mail, corporate image video, B2B website, trade show exhibit, brand refresh, and integrated campaigns. Clients included Trinity Rail, Tyler Technologies, The Solar Company, Kr8om, Howard Hughes, Cole Ranch, and Spire.

The month of June was simply sensational. It began with the agency’s first-ever Telly Award—a Silver for Branded Content/Corporate Image for TrinityRail’s “Delivering Goods for the Good of All” brand promise.

The month carried on at the American Advertising Awards with the agency winning its first National ADDY. Spire received a Silver at the competition and was the only agency from North Texas to win the crowning award of our industry.

Our next show was the Marketer of the Year from the D/FW chapter of the American Advertising Federation. Not only did Spire receive awards for Best Direct Mail and Best Healthcare Marketing for Cervey, but it was also named the Overall Marketer of the Year for North Texas—the first time the agency has received this highest honor.

June finished with the agency’s most impressive year ever at the 53rd Annual DSVC Dallas Show. Six pieces were selected for the show (a new milestone) and Spire took home a Silver and Bronze bulb out of just 35 awards distributed that night.

And then in November, Spire ended the year with six awards from Graphis Design Annual. The agency received one Gold, three Silver, and two Honorable Mentions in the categories of logo, packaging, and self-promotion for clients Cole Ranch, Kr8om, and The Solar Company.

While the agency won many awards, one of our employees won an individual accolade of their own. Account Supervisor Julia Cardali was named to Ad 2 Dallas’ prestigious 32 Under 32 list in November.

And here are just a few more recognitions and honors to add to this momentous year. Because of fantastic client reviews, the agency was named to the Clutch Top 20 B2B Companies in Texas. The agency also moved up to #20 on the Dallas Business Journal Book of Lists for Top Advertising and Marketing Firms.

The year 2022 goes down in the record books for the best ever for Spire. These awards show a consistency in our strategic and creative B2B product, and an aptitude to deliver for many different clients of all sizes and industries. While the awards look great in our trophy case, the best part is that those accolades spanned eight of our business-to-business clients. Being AAF District 10’s most-awarded B2B branding agency only happens because smart clients continue to trust us to do impactful work for their brands. Cheers to 2023.
