Customized Communications, Inc., a health education agency specializing in the maternity experience, has been reborn as Baby360.
Baby360’s superior education solutions help OB/GYNs and healthcare facilities guide expectant and new parents through their entire journey, from prenatal care to labor & birth to postpartum and newborn care & safety. The 30-year-old company realized it needed a refresh to further expand its client base across North America, Hawaii, and Canada.
Spire provided Baby360 with a modern brand, giving it a more digital look and feel to overcome the previous brand perception as a “baby book distributor.” The brand refresh included a new name, logo, brand guideline, and website. A citrus color palette was created to provide a soothing, confident effect to those providing, and ultimately obtaining, the abundance of information that comes with welcoming a little one.

The brand officially launched in early December 2022 with a launch of the updated website.
