Dallas-based B2B marketing agency Spire has been selected as agency of record for the upcoming Denton County master planned community, Cole Ranch, following a multi-agency review.
Cole Ranch is the historic 3,100-acre homestead of rancher, oilman, and civil servant M. T. Cole. The picturesque land off of I-35 and FM 2499 in southwest Denton County has been the residence of generations of Cole Family members since 1930.
“We are excited to welcome Spire into our family,” says Jennifer Alexander, Managing Director of The Cole Family Company. “There is a true legacy to this land, and they understand the sentimental value the property holds for our family.”
The upcoming master planned community will be home to single-family and multi-family homesites, a business park, retail area, multiple amenity centers, two elementary schools, middle school, high school, and much more.
“The B2B experience of Spire really stood out,” said Ocie Vest, Managing Partner of Southridge Park. “We are confident they will create a brand vision that will be appealing to builders and developers, as well as future residents.”
Spire is Texas’ most-awarded B2B marketing agency, according to AAF Dallas and the D/FW Chapter of the American Marketing Association. The agency is also on the Clutch 1000 global list of Best B2B Agencies in the World, and was also named to the even more exclusive Clutch 100 list for both Fastest Growth and Sustained Growth. The agency went on to be named to B2B Marketing’s Top 38 U.S. B2B Agencies and Marketing Round’s 12 Best Agencies You Should Know in 2020.
“It is an honor that The Cole Family has entrusted Spire with their landmark project,” says Mike Stopper, Executive Vice President of Client Services and Planning at Spire. “It is incredibly special knowing our work will truly live forever in Denton County, much like the legacy of MT Cole himself.”
