A year unlike any other
Tyler Technologies was founded in 1966 and today is the largest software company in the nation focused solely on providing integrated software and technology services to the public sector. The 2020 Annual Report needed to reflect how the company successfully faced the many uncertainties and challenges caused during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Connecting during COVID
Local governments suffered from the continued disruption of COVID-19 in 2020, as well as the looming possibility of another shutdown. Yet, the public sector needed ongoing access to the courts, civil services and education in order to carry out their daily business.
Facing the pandemic head on
“Stability in an Uncertain World” became the theme of the 2020 Annual Report in a year where the world was turned upside down. It uniquely reflected how Tyler Technologies flipped the script by innovating new ways to provide better and faster assistance to the local public despite instability around the globe.
