“Auld Lang Syne” is the title and key phrase of a 1788 Scottish poem by Robert “Rabbie” Burns, typically sung on New Year’s Eve around the world. The phrase auld lang syne literally translates to old long since and basically means “days gone by” or “the good old times.”

It is also deemed the most famous “song that nobody knows” by music historians. Regardless of whether we actually know the words or not, what we do know is that this song brings on a sense of sentimentality about the previous year, and excited anticipation of what’s to come.

2021 was a record-breaking year for Spire Agency. It was a year of awards, recognitions, new clients, and growth. So, it seems only fitting that we take a look at days gone by and the good ol’ times with some of the top headlines and best moments of the year.
