The Zweig Group has proudly announced the winners of the 2023 Marketing Excellence Awards, with B2B agency Spire and its client Halff receiving two prestigious industry awards.
These Zweig Marketing Excellence Awards recognize outstanding, results-driven marketing in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Award entries across 15 categories were judged by a team of marketing professionals and evaluated based upon overall creativity, messaging, results achieved by the campaign, and level of design.
Spire’s “Purposed for People” campaign for Halff received a First-Place recognition from Zweig in the Identity Rebrand category, and its Manifesto Video obtained a Second-Place distinction in the Brand Video category. The video was directed by award-winning photographer/director Stewart Cohen and produced in collaboration with SC Pictures of Dallas.
“This is an exciting chapter in Halff’s history, helping our firm build toward tomorrow while still honoring Dr. Halff’s legacy,” says Jodi Hausenfluke, VP and director of PR and communications at Halff. “Spire did a wonderful job understanding the humanity of our brand and building something that truly stands out in our industry.”
Spire began reengineering the Halff brand in late 2021. The complete rebranding efforts that rolled out in early 2023 included messaging and positioning, a new logo, business system, sales enablement, photo and video shoot, 275-page website, video, and culture development.
“The work from Halff was truly a collaborative effort,” says Mike Stopper, principal/EVP of client service and planning at Spire. “Halff continues to not only stand out in the AEC industry with their projects and people, but their marketing too.”
The work will be honored by Zweig at a black-tie gala during the 2023 ElevateAEC Conference, which will take place outside Dallas at the new Omni PGA Frisco Resort September 13 – 15, 2023.
