There’s something especially rewarding when creative experimentation earns industry recognition. For Spire Agency and Mouser Electronics, that recognition came in the form of two 2026 Telly Awards for the One Partner campaign: Gold for Branded Content – Use of Generative AI and Silver for Branded Content – B2B.
The campaign featured a series of AI-generated videos created for procurement professionals facing supply chain pressures, shifting availability, tight timelines, and the constant challenge of keeping everything moving.
The videos used visual scenarios to represent those pressures, from balancing on a tightrope to weathering a storm. Bringing those ideas to life presented a unique production challenge. The concepts required environments and actions that would have been difficult to capture through stock, and too complex to produce economically through traditional live action production.
Generative AI provided a different path.
Turning Creative Challenges into AI Opportunities
Using AI, Spire built the videos around the established scenarios rather than modifying the ideas to fit the limitations of traditional production. But the process was far from simply entering a prompt and generating a finished video.
Developing the series required extensive experimentation, prompt refinement and testing across multiple AI platforms. Different tools offered different strengths, and seemingly minor details in movement, composition, or background imagery required repeated iterations or an entirely new approach.
The experience reinforced an important lesson about AI video production: while the technology can expand what’s possible, creative direction and human judgment remain essential to producing strong work.
Using AI with Purpose
For B2B marketers, generative AI offers opportunities to visualize abstract ideas, create scenarios that would otherwise be difficult or impractical to produce, and extend creative concepts in entirely new ways. The key is knowing when the technology adds genuine value.
For One Partner, AI wasn’t the starting point for the campaign. It was the production solution that made the creative vision possible.
The Gold Telly marks Spire and Mouser’s first award specifically recognizing generative AI creative work and reflects a shared willingness to explore emerging technologies and new approaches to B2B storytelling.
As AI tools continue to evolve, the opportunities for creative production will grow. But the goal remains the same: find the right approach for the idea, the audience, and the brand and create work that connects.
For Spire and Mouser, the One Partner campaign demonstrates what’s possible when emerging technology meets experienced creative direction, and we’re proud to see that work recognized with a Telly Gold.
