Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas had a lofty goal: Their “Campaign for Children in Crisis” needed to educate top philanthropists in North Texas and motivate them to contribute to one of the area’s largest campaign raises.

The campaign’s materials had to represent children in crisis in a real way while communicating the urgency of the need. Logo development was a particular challenge, having to communicate a lot in a small space while serving as the foundation for the remainder of materials.

Working directly with the executive team, we guided them through a naming development initiative that identified beneficiaries of contributions while also imparting the urgency of the campaign. The result: BBBSNT reached their capital goal in the first three years of
the planned five-year campaign.
